I am now seeing patients at 1021 West Oakland Avenue, Suite 301, Johnson City, TN. This will be my temporary location while our new Kingsport office — already in development — prepares to open in October 2026.
Dr. Winegar and Dr. Harman are also practicing at this location and are available for scheduling.

About
Meet Dr. Rebecca Jenkins
I’m Dr. Rebecca Jenkins, DO, a board-certified family physician caring for patients across the Tri-Cities region. I completed my undergraduate degree in Biology at East Tennessee State University, earned a master’s in Medical Science from the University of South Florida, and went on to receive my Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. I then returned home to complete my family medicine residency at ETSU.

I enjoy caring for patients of all ages with special interests in preventive medicine, women’s health, and chronic disease management. My goal is to establish strong, lasting relationships with my patients and to deliver care that addresses the whole person, not just their symptoms.
Outside of the clinic, I love spending time with my husband and our two energetic daughters. I also enjoy traveling, exercising, baking, playing with our dogs, and exploring my interests in farming.
